Treatment Tech© generates a roadmap from the client's intake to discharge. The roadmap allows clinicians and supervisors to follow the client's progress and status from intake to discharge through the stages of the substance abuse program. In each stage, the clinician can access a database with an extensive list of the common expressions and diagnoses in the field that they can use to individualize the clinical documents according to the client's needs.

Biopsychosocial Assessment for Client Placement
The clinicians can access the tools and database required to complete the assessment for the client's placement successfully. In this stage, Treatment Tech© will guide the clinicians in identifying problems in the six dimensions, allow them to diagnose (DSM-5), and recommend the level of intervention based on the ASAM placement criteria.
Individualized Treatment Plan
The clinicians can access the tools and database required to complete a measurable, attainable, and time-limited individualized treatment plan. In this stage, Treatment Tech© will guide the clinicians and patients to agree on realistic goals, specific objectives, and the types and frequencies of intervention. It also provides information supporting the need for continuing services and the criteria for discharge.
Activity Notes
The clinicians can access the tools and database required to complete clear, concise, and accurate activity notes. In this stage, Treatment Tech© will guide the clinicians in documenting individual and group sessions using the D-A-P format and facilitate the billing process.
Treatment Tech© uses this note structure to help clinicians develop brief and complete documentation, monitor a patient's progress and treatment efficacy, and understand a patient's personal experiences.
Continued Stay Review
The clinicians can access the tools and database required to complete the ongoing assessment of the patient's progress in treatment. At this stage, Treatment Tech© will guide clinicians in assessing the patient's progress toward the goals and objectives of the treatment plan.
Continuing Care Planning and Discharge
The clinicians can access the tools and databases required to develop a continuing care plan and the discharge summary. In this stage, Treatment Tech© will guide clinicians in clearly identifying and supporting the reasons for discharge based on the treatment plan's goals and objectives.
The clinicians can develop a comprehensive continuing care program appropriate for each patient.
